Our Mission
India has over 400 million blue collar workers — the backbone of every factory, construction site, warehouse, and hotel in the country. Yet for decades, finding reliable work meant depending on middlemen who charged fees, made false promises, and left workers vulnerable.
Labour.Company was founded to change that. We built a platform where workers register free, get matched with verified employers, and start work with proper documentation, fair wages, and full statutory compliance.
